Sadly another dealership without care, morals, and transparency. Something not expected of a dealership expected to be of great caliber. Deal was done and simply waiting on confirmation from rep to move forward after they insisted back on me after raising the price the day after inquiry. They adjust back to call in price, deal gets done and they decide my financing requires a letter to not collect taxes or do through them. Promised 2 of their finance managers could get the deal in matching rate, rerun my credit, could not match, rep starts ghosting me the next morning and they sell the car. Fyi deal made without Henessey dealership that is accepting the outside financing WITHOUT a bank letter. Just he cautious and send no deposit until all your parameters are met and 100% clear. Dont take their word for it.
