Inquired almost a week ago, no response from this dealership! Strange I’ve bought three vehicles from this dealership in the past. So word to the wise!

Great experience with salesperson. Very transparent. The car was amazing.

While my overall experience with this dealership was adequate enough, I was quite disappointed to discover that Dublin Hyundai does not provide a complimentary car wash and tank of gas with every car purchase. I’ve bought several cars over the years, and this is a pretty basic expectation. Quite frankly, I was shocked when the car I had just purchased was delivered to me, still covered in dust and water spots. Unfortunately, I spent additional time and money later that same afternoon for a carwash that should not have been needed. Imagine showing off your newly purchased car to your friends and family and it looking like it had just gone through a monsoon and dust storm. Not a good first impression. It really reflects poorly on your dealership if you need to nickel and dime customers to this extent. Makes you wonder where else they cut corners. As such, I doubt I’d buy another car from them, or recommend them to others looking for a Hyundai or Genesis.

Previous rental car from New York to Virginia, Texas then CA. Even certified, wasn't very old but paint showed signs of MANY car washes. I did't want to chance a previous rental from the East Coast. They did not have anything else that was comparable. The salesperson, kept trying to get me to buy anything, which wasn't what I wanted if I was going to buy a car. My last conversation with salesperson was not pleasant and I would not recommend dealing with them for that reason. If they don't have the inventory, they don't have the inventory. I ended up going to a different dealer and buying the car that I wanted. The experience at that dealer was much better. They went above and beyond to get my business. When you're paying for a luxury car and a lot of money, you want what you want. I got the feeling that it was just pushing to buy ANY car. I did have a few conversations w/ salesperson. No point to go in again when everything online, no new inventory, can't sell if they don't have.

Agreed on the price over the phone. Left immediately & let salesman (Jag) know I was on my way but was an hour away. Arrived exactly an hour later to find out they were already in the process of selling the 4runner I came for.

My experience with Dublin Honda was frustrating from beginning to end. The pricing process lacked transparency, and important details were not clearly communicated until late in the transaction despite repeatedly asking for the OTD price on everything I looked at. I also felt pressured toward dealership financing despite already having favorable financing arranged. The purchase and delivery process was equally disorganized. Communication between staff seemed inconsistent, paperwork took far longer than expected, and I was asked to return to the dealership when they were apparently not prepared to release the vehicle. Issues that should have been anticipated and resolved internally became my problem to navigate. I ultimately purchased the car, but the overall experience felt unnecessarily stressful and poorly managed. Better organization, clearer communication, transparent pricing, and more professional customer service would have made a significant difference.
