If you never experienced the “old school used car saleman” then go here to see why everyone hated them. Twisted truths side talk excuses days between communication. Via text they still pretended not to know what I asked. Accidentally leaving charges in offers adding in 2k dollar “warranty” stuff that didnt even apply to an electric car. In the end I still made a deal and then they lowered the price online but didnt want to honor it in my deal “we already worked an agreement” like id signed some sort contract. This car has special security requiring the original keys or 1k in dealership fees. They acted like I was crazy for wanting the keys. Id never ever purchase a car from here.

Josh, the owner was awesome to work with. Actually, we bought a second car from him One day later. We plan on always doing business with him in the future!

Sold the car infinity g37x red without letting me know as well as I put my credit app told me the banks needed more info bring one more check stub go from there and sold the car two days after very bad communication customer service and more I was very disappointed in how they handled things for my first time finding out and noticing them and as well as trying to buy or finance a vehicle I wanted and needed I will not ever be going back to them

I was considering purchasing and having it shipped. I requested interior photos since there were none on here. They reached out and said that I was welcome to come in and test drive. I messaged back saying I wasn’t local so wouldn’t be able to come in, wanted the interior photos before moving forward. They never responded.

Everyone was helpful. Car was there. They made a significant repair at no cost to me so that the car ran as I expected during the purchase. After I took car home, it drove great but then I found the backup camera was not working. They are in the process of me taking the car back for the repair. They have been totally communicative during this entire process. Great to work with.

Staff was very knowledgeable and courteous.
