I called two times asking if they got a trade amount for my trade in both times I was told they were still working on my trade and someone would be calling me . This was told to me by a manager but never got that call waited almost two weeks, finally decided I was not going to beg them to buy one of their cars

Call about the car and they kept responding if I was I still interested in the vehicle and when would it be a good time and day to see it . Well when I showed up to see the vehicle I was getting the around by different sales manager . And next thing i seen was the vehicle had been sold. So I really didn’t like the way they handled that situation. Poor service in there part I will never be back to BMW
