Our Audi A6 and A3 purchases was done remotely, but staff did and outstanding job in assisting with my purchase every step of the process. Vehicles were found to be in great condition after pre-purchase inspection was performed. The staff were always timely in there response to get back with you when ever there were questions concerning the purchase. They also worked hard to get you the best possible percentage rate based on your credit history. The Cartopia staff provided and overall great experience.

Went in with a quote but when dealer quote came back it was double

I drove over an hour and when I got to the dealership the salesman took me to look at the car. then he came over to me to tell me that he had bad news that someone else was in the office putting a down payment on the car. He stated that this person had come over o Saturday and told him he was coming back on Monday to put down the deposit. The salesman should’ve taken the down payment from him on the Saturday and that would’ve save me from wasting my time. Horrible customer service.

I received an email that that car was sold, never got a call prior to set up a meeting. Once car was sold that’s when I got a call from someone asking to help me. Sorry but sounded like the old bait and switch. I did not engage with the sales rep. Not a good feeling about this dealer.

Good experience
