Do not use them. They added extra fees onto the finance worksheet and said it was “required” and part of the vehicle and that they couldn’t remove them. It was extra security fees. Also, every Toyota dealership we spoke to said they had a promotion where they were taking $1500 off until May 4th, 2026. They said initially said they do not advertise the promotion on their site then when I asked if the price included the $1500 on the worksheet, they said that they didn’t know anything about it and weren’t told anything by Toyota. Once I told them I wasn’t interested anymore, “all of a sudden” the security fees could be removed and they discounted it. No wonder they have so many cars on their lot, they are a very dishonest dealership. Will never use them again / recommend them.

My deal is still in the works but they have been very nice so far and I live 150mi away which is a barrier as far as me just going to the dealership to meet hands on, so trying to do most if it online before making the trip.

The car's okay the interior wasn't perfect, and I think it was a little overpriced if it wasn't so high of a price I'd be really interested. But I see comparable Lexus SC430s for a lot less especially for that year in about the same condition. Lower the price and I might be back! Otherwise I think it's going to sit on your lot for a while.

I contacted this dealership, the initial conversation was fine be sue they wanted to sell a car. It deteriorated from there. I was having the car shipped to Florida to register it there. I was told certain documents would be in the car, they weren't. There was no way for me to legally drive the car. I called the dealership and got zero help. I called MBUSA, they called the dealership, Yusuf Stewart called me and was incredibly helpful. He was able to solve my issue of registration. Another issue was two messages on the screen that a service was 60 days overdue. I texted the salesman, he said the service was done but the computer wasn't reset. I was able to get the car to another dealership to check on that. The last service was done in 2024. I was blantatly lied to. It was abundantly clear that once the car was sold, there was little hope of any service. The finance director, Natalie Talley was equally as unhelpful. I would never go to this dealership, ever.
