I drove for 3 hours to test drive this car. I told them that I wanted to buy it but I needed financing. I had the documents with me that were needed to proceed. They came back in 20 minutes and said that I was turned down because my credit score was in the 500's..which was completely false and that the car was too old to be financed..which is also facetious as there are several financial institutions that deal with older classic vehicles. I have several apps that inform me when someone has asked for my credit information and none of them notified me. I left and called my bank and they informed me that no one had inquired about a loan on my behalf but they would be more than happy to extend me the funds for the car. I have never been so humiliated in my life..as bad as I wanted the car, I would not deal with them again.

Some staff was rude mark had a attitude with me when first come to dealership had me leave work to return a car I really wanted to keep but finance cancelled contract drive all the way from work to deal with mark who called me some information was miss leading had us sit at the dealership for 4 hr straight and leave at 615 at night

I attempted to work with several smaller "mom and pop" dealerships but kept getting mislead. I finally found a Tundra that was sold at one of the big player dealership. Ed Morse Ford was great to work with, very transparent and good communication. They held the truck until I was able to get someone to look at it. I'd definately recommend them again as they were very concerned about maintaining a good reputation with integrity.
