Received an automated response . Internet customer service agent said they were not authorized to give price but would have someone call me. Never got call. Then got a message that I needed to call and did however was on hold for greater than 10 minnutes. So I moved on.

My wife and I drove over 5 hours toward this dealership with the expectation of making a trade in with some cash exchange on our part which we had discussed and agreed upon with them previously. About 2 hours from the dealership I informed them that I would be about an hour and half later than planned due to some traffic holdup and a longer travel time. About 1 hour from the dealership I got a call telling me that the vehicle that we planning on getting had just been sold. The salesperson said that they had similar vehicles on the lot that we could look at. We said no thanks. Seems too coincidental that this vehicle just happened to be sold right before we get there after being on the lot for days. Left us with noting that we were left with wasted gas; time; mileage on our vehicle; and a distrust of this dealership.
