Great service from everyone We already knew what we were going for so it was a great fast service was worth the 2hr drive

Seller was not well informed on their vehicle’s specs and provided inaccurate information. I didn’t learn that it was incorrect until after the purchase was completed. Sales manager is intimidating and barely willing to negotiate. Not a very pleasant or welcoming experience over all. Caused a lot of unnecessary stress. Car is nice and was a very good deal over all, but after taxes and markup it was just an average deal.

McCarthy’s was a fantastic dealership to work with! They went above and beyond. Every employee I interacted with made me feel like family. They made the purchasing experience simple and quick. They respected my time and didn’t pressure me at all. I highly recommend McCarthys to anyone looking for a vehicle.

this organization is highly immoral But it may be the standard now that desperate car companies are using in order to extract as much money as they can from the customer with unnecessary fees . this dealership in particular does not honor Independent pre purchase inspections the fact they consider them recommendations Only and will not allow you to negotiate findings by an independent mechanic which I think is very disappointing. I'm talking about the one in San Luis Obispo They tried to pull some crap on man I'm not gonna stand for it so I'm trying to give this for you and they're not letting me I don't know how many times I have to rewrite this review but this is about the San Luis Obispo dealership and yes it happened and they are terrible and for the love of God let me post this review this is censorship

They were fantastic and getting back with me. They were accurate. I was interested in a vehicle until I did a little bit more investigation and found that the color combination would not work for my wife. They did not insist, nor did they try to convince me which I found to be very refreshing, very professional. I wouldn’t think twice about working with these people. I thought they did a great job.

There's nothing it's not personal what I'm gonna say about this car company I'm sure it's you know BMW is well known as being a great kind of car company but as when it comes to used cars it's not just them this entire town San Luis Obispo there are no good cars Oh they're a lot they're whether it's Hyundai or Honda or BMW I mean they're helpful but if you look up an X3 or X5 and you look up the right years to buy them you want to go 2016 to 2021 anything outside of those years and you're buying a lemon and they don't have those cars on their lots OK there's nothing in this town that you can find is going to be a good car and I mean nothing It is a complete waste of time don't go to any of the car dealerships in silence of bespoke you will not find car and I've been looking for a month and a half there is nothing here

Car was 200 miles from my home, made offer and intent to purchase. Was offered to have vehicle held for me without any cash down, after financing was settled. Pressure tactics for holding the car started. I was very clear that i had to plan my trip to dealership a few days out. Sales person asked for 500 down. I asked what happened to holding it without cash down and they seemed to get offended and caved and said i was fine with paying 500 down to hold it but at that point my money was no longer good. They continued to show the vehicle despite us agreeing to price, down payment and getting financing approved. The evening before I was to go up there via train tickets purchased. They called to tell me vehicle sold. Sales person tried to tell me that they had to because I could have backed out at any minute. Like who wants to take a credit hit for fun in this economy. Anyways dodged a bullet with these sales tactics. Find a better place than sunset honda.
