My experience was not a great one. No one reviewed the price and how it was going to rise to $5,000 more from the asking price. I drove 1hr and 15mins with my toddler for nothing. Before hand I had exchanged texts with the manager named Max, reassured me over and over that finance would be between my budget and once I arrive it was not, but then a guy from finance said he was going to take it up to the finance director to try and help me out once that happened the Acura MDX was sold and he didn’t even know about it until I told him I got an email saying that the car was sold. All the good talk and reassuring used as bait to make people to get in not caring how far they’ve come or if there with a toddler.

Just sat around waiting while they had to find the car I wanted. It was nasty inside. Salesmen knew nothing about that car or cars in general. They actually took my keys to my car and disappeared to “take a peak at it” and left me just sitting there for over 20 minutes and they didn’t even go look at it. I’ll never go back there

This was such a smooth experience! I inquired and was contacted right away! Earl, Carlos and finance guy (can’t recall name!) were very knowledgeable, personable and made the sales process super smooth. I asked about the Jeep on the 8th and went home with it 2 days later. Great condition and I’m happy with how they valued my trade in as well. My only concern with the financing is that I had trouble getting my pre-approved rate although the dealership stated they worked directly with my financial institution. Worked out in the end and I would definitely recommend this seller!

Quick and easy, very nice guys and quick to respond. 100% transparency on their end, was able to do the whole deal over the phone and drive in from two hours away to sing everything and get out in two hours. Car was spotless and looked even better in person.
