Joe is great human is the main thing I want to highlight. He didn't treat me as if I was just a possible sale. We talked, he was flexible on price, he claimed he was confident in the trucks condition, but if a problem came up. To let him know, and he'd help take care of it. That wasn't lip service. The 22 Rams were affected by the post pandemic ship shortage. He's going above and beyond to help fix this. People keeping their word is important to me, and this really shows the quality of Joe's character. The process of purchasing the truck was fast. We didn't sit around the dealership all day. This has honestly been the best vehicle purchasing experience I've had. 10 out of 10 would recommend making Joe your first and possibly last stop. When looking for a new vehicle.
