The car was a fair deal however I was buying remotely and didn’t get accurate details about the car. I specifically asked about rust due to the car being driven up north. The salesperson stated there was no rust however when delivered there was actually rust. The finance department did very well. They told me the bank and rate and I agreed. By the time to sign the documents, they had found a different bank with a better rate. The delivery process needs some work. There was a lack of communication from the dealership with the broker. The broker told me an ETA which was wrong and then the delivery driver would not unload until they received payment. I had already paid the dealership for delivery.

What a fantastic experience we had with Sam, the owner of City Imports! I was dreading shopping for a used car for my son and I contacted about 20 dealerships and asked for the out the door price with the breakdown. Only two of these dealerships actually provided this. Sam was one of them. The other one had a bunch of excessive fees. City Imports does not. Our car is absolutely beautiful and my son is thrilled! The car was even better than we had hoped for. Amazing deal ($1000’s below competitors) and amazing service! Do not hesitate to buy from this dealership! You will actually enjoy the experience:)
