Car was dirty and they hadn't gone through it and topped off the fluids. The mileage advertised wasn't the actual mileage on the vehicle. Hydraulic fluid was below the low line. The check engine light was on. It was my son's first experience buying a car and we got a 10.99% interest rate with a credit score in the 830's.

Unprofessional, unable to look me in the eye when shaking my hand, might not be a big deal to some but for me it is. Tried to force a purchase when I told them that I wanted to wait and why I wanted to wait. Then ran some numbers and told me the exact same thing I told them like it was new news. Overall a very disappointing experience. Me nor my family will be buying a vehicle from them.
