Had a great buying experience at this dealership. Submitted an inquiry with CarGurus and withing a few minutes Christine contacted me and provided me all the details about the truck. We did some preliminary checks and I made an appointment to come in the next day. Christine was responsive and provided great customer service and answered my questions even after the dealer closed and she had gone home for the night. Next day I drove 8 hrs to sign the paperwork and pick up the truck. The whole process only took a couple of hours and we were on our way. Thanks again to the team at Gridley Country Ford.

Multiple emails with the dealership, only when I tried to set an appointment was I told the vehicle was awaiting parts. After trying to set a later appointment I was told the vehicle was being sent to auction due to not passing inspection.

Staff were very great with communication, and always responded quickly to any questions or concerns I may of had. Car was clean and ready when I came to test drive, along with all the paperwork so I can start signing asap and be on my way. There was a little mix up with some paperwork but was able to get that taken care of asap by another staff member. Who was also very kind and helpful.
