I made an appointment to look at a truck (2019 GMC Sierra 1500 - SLE Crew Cab 4WD - 125,872 mi ), but when I arrived the truck was in the shop and wasn’t drivable. I also noticed it had about 20,000 more miles than the listing stated. I was pretty disappointed with the experience and felt like my time was wasted.

Started txtn with Jeremiah about the 2022 Highlander XSE he promptly txt back unlike other dealerships that till this date i havent gotten an answer back ive been looking for a car for the past 2 weeks and the Highlander caught my eye i wasnt actually looking for this particular car yet but because Jeremiah was really responsive even though we were just txtn no phone call yet he was really giving me the info i needed and that helped me lean towards the Highlander sometimes sales people ignore or think u might be wasting their time and even if so always gotta be polite and straightforward, Thanks Jeremiah for not ghosting me on my txts that made the difference i will buy again when im ready for another car

I purchased the car without seeing it in person as I live out of state. Very uncharacteristic on my part I need to add! Mary was very helpful with photos and 360 interior/exterior videos. She made arrangements for the car to have a PPI at an establishment of my choosing. I purchased the car and needed transport arrangements for delivery, it got a little shaky, but Alan was able to have it delivered just in time to make our scheduled trip to the Black Hills! Peter, the delivery man was very prompt, courteous and kind. There were moments of a little stress being so far away but in the end everything was great. We just finished our 900 mile trip and the car performed perfectly! They did all they could to make us feel at ease. Thanks guys for your exceptional customer service!
