Dealer was quick to respond to all my questions and was extremely helpful. The thing I was prequalified but that does not mean I I qualified for anything . If the dealer does not work with spacific lender then the hole qualifying process starts over. So I did not get a the dodge.

Well, the staff and Danny were all amazing. Unfortunately, the vehicle I was looking at did not meet my expectations and unfortunately, we were too far apart in numbers. Overall, everything about my experience at the dealership was great, the sales process went smoothly and the staff was helpful. Unfortunately, the finance portion of the transaction was disappointing. The finance officer insisted that an optional item was required by state law when it was not. Based on that information, I reluctantly agreed to purchase it and later regretted the decision after learning it was optional. This misinformation significantly took away from an otherwise positive experience.
