I bought a lot of cars over the years, this is my first experience at an actual used car lot. Asal (Sal) was very communicative and answered any questions via text quickly. When I arrived at the dealership, she handed me the Carfax & Autocheck as I walked in the door. Sal was easy to work with. She was very open and has very warm personality. They gave me the keys and let me go through the car on my own. Once completed, they took a copy of my license and told me to go on a test drive… by myself. The car was in good shape for over 100k miles. No clunks, squeaks or squeals. She told me to note anything I noticed and let her know. They also put it up on a rack (my request) to check it underneath. I couldn’t find a reason not to buy, so I did.
