Samantha Alvarez was very professional, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the process. Ultimately, I did not purchase the vehicle because I found a very similar one closer to home. My only concern was with pricing transparency. The vehicle was advertised online for approximately $38,000, but the final sales estimate I received was nearly $8,000 higher. The majority of the difference appeared to be related to a certification fee. While I understand there can be additional costs associated with a vehicle purchase, the pricing structure was not as straightforward as I expected. Aside from that concern, my overall experience was positive, and Samantha provided excellent customer service.

It took 5-6 hours. Typical of buying a car.

I was on the phone with the Internet specialist about a certain vehicle and said I would be there in 45 minutes. I drove that far got down there and supposedly the car I was looking at was sold in the last half hour. They didn’t bother to call me and I made that trip for nothing. The communication in that place is horrible. Then they tried to sell me three other cars when I specifically told them I was not interested in anything else, but the car that I came for or something comparable to the same style make model, color and price

Right after I got the car, tire got flat, touch screen and radio stop working and and a piece of the door handle on the passengers seat fell off, not getting any car from DriveTime ever.
