I usually try to be positive and find the best in people, but this was the worst business experience I have ever experienced. The staff lied several times throughout the process and then sold the car out from under us while we were setting up a time to come to buy it. Then, they pressed us to buy a more expensive car. The worst part was how the manager spoke to my wife, very rude, dismissive, and condescending. We will never have dealings with this dealership again. Ever.

I went in excited to see the van. When I got there I was "assisted" by an associate who visibly did not want to assist. He lazily walked my license into the office and threw it down on the table when he returned. He then took more time than necessary to being the dirty van around. He said they were not going to detail it or fix the broken seat because they wanted to sell it to a dealer. He then went to get another van but stopped to chat with others on the way sat in the van to collect himself then came back with no other vehicle to show. I left because he did not give a care about me or my need. He is the rudest salesman ive encountered period.

Never buy anything from them! They couldn't find transport for my vehicle. Had to leave Myrtle Beach to go pick it up myself. It has two sets of tires on the vehicle. The air stop working 2 days after I aquire the vehicle. I have reach out to Adam's Auto Group with no response back. They have no customer service. Please avoid them when looking for a car.
