I purchased the pre-owned Audi Q5 with 8,430 mi. The dealership was helpful with some good experience on Audi's. The price was fairly deal for what I paid. Also the vehicle fuel tank was nearly emptied at the time of the delivery and they filled after I told them before driving off the lot. The difficult part is working with the finance members at Audi dealership as they kind of forcing me to have "add on" Audi warranty protection programs which made me pay more. As we all know they love to add on the "extended warranties" programs so they can get extra commission $$$. You could still save more with 3rd parties and don't have to start right away since the vehicle is still under warranty for 3 years or 50,000 mi. You have to be fully prepared for price /deal negotiation and once the deal is moving forward as you head toward with finance just tell them the extended warranty program is not necessary.

The car was exactly what they stated it was. The only issue is they have a dealer prep fee, which really allows them to sell the car for less, but is added to it at the end. It’s a marketing ploy but the price overall was still very competitive. Very positive experience. Car was detailed to perfection.

Horrible the car is not even in the lot for you to see. They ask for a commitment for even seeing the car. The girl never told us this wasted our time

I never actually got to go into my appointment at the dealership because I found a car that was closer to me. That was a better deal, but however Dave, who has been there for 15 years is a heck of a help for any need you will have at vans vans vans. They will give you a likable experience here
