Asked all the right questions when calling and before making the 2 hour trip and when we arrived there, vehicle wasn't ready AND the engine light was on. When asked the code for the light the salesman said 'misfire'. There was no need to go any further. We have been looking for a long time and shooting the whole afternoon for a vehicle that was supposed to be ready to go was a huge disappointment.

The sales person I dealt with had an attitude problem the whole time I was working with him. He kept getting shifty on his numbers, and then tried to make me feel as if I was the one who wasn’t remembering our conversation correctly. Also – he said he’s specialized in high mileage Honda and Toyota vehicles and that was his area of expertise. The car that I bought from him had a stuttering transmission and we felt it on the test drive and he just played it off but it was road noise. I had a Toyota dealer inspect the car the day after I purchased it from him and they confirmed the alternator was going out and it had a Bad torque converter in the transmission which is a very expensive repair. Interesting that since he specialized in these vehicles as a sales person, that he was unaware of this at the time of sale.
