The car was listed. They confirmed an appointment with me, I drive an hour to test drive. When I arrived they took all of my information and then told me the car sold the night before. Weeks later the car was still on Car Gurus so I checked availability and they made another appointment for me. When I told them what happened last time, they hung up on me and never returned my call. Scam in my opinion.

The AI auto responses were multiple and confusing. I wasn’t sure who I was talking to at any given point. A sales person never actually contacted me. I got conflicting information about purchasing out of state and asked for a sales manager to call me. Never heard from anyone. Bought elsewhere.
