Our experience at Melkonian Subaru in North Reading, MA was simply tremendous. Bottomline: we will 100% do business with them when we purchase our next vehicle in the future. The AI auto responses were multiple and confusing. I wasn’t sure who I was talking to at any given point. A sales person never actually contacted me. I got conflicting information about purchasing out of state and asked for a sales manager to call me. Never heard from anyone. Bought elsewhere.
