Overall a very good experience, walked away happy with the whole experience and there willingness to help and get me the vehicle I wanted

I texted with someone at the call center who set up an appointment to see the car I was interested in. When I arrived at the dealership the car had already been sold and they confirmed that they had told the woman whom I was texting with that it was sold. She still went ahead and set up the appointment. Very frustrating. 2 stars because the man at the dealership was still great and very apologetic, but I will avoid West Herr dealerships because of this experience.

Very friendly and professional

To be fair in my assesment and evaluation, my desire for pursuing the 2022 Lariat had waned after further consideration. Although the West Herr sales rep. made a call and we conversed a bit my preferences had changed on the year and mileage. The lack of further dialog from the sales rep lead me to believe their interst in helping me to find the right Maverick was somewhat lacking. I intend to continue my search and will consider future interactions with West Herr.
