Out of all the dealers I contacted, these guys were the only ones to treat me with respect. I am a 71 year old man and I do have hearing problems but they were extremely patient with me and helped me purchase a car for my grand daughter. I bought a 2015 Scion FR-S from them and the whole process was easy and convenient. I brought my own financing through my credit union and everything went smoothly. I just wish that they were closer to where I live as I had to drive 2 hours to go check out the car. They were kind enough to do everything remotely and I was in and out of the dealership with in 30 minutes.

I took an appointment to test drive the car the day prior and was determined to purchase the Mazda that I have been searching for. I was attracted by the low price tag. So, I drove the 3 hrs distance to get to the dealership! One of the staff even called me at the start of my long drive to confirm my time of arrival, she said, to have the car ready for me! When I arrived, the sale personal was not aware of my coming, and the car was not ready. It had stayed on the lot for so long, that it would not start even after, 30 minutes of charge! The excuse was that Adan, the person I had the appointment with, was not working that morning, and the staff personal I talked to during my drive was working in the administration department and didn't pass the info! They also mentioned that I might have communicated with an AI sales person! Barely apologetic the manager asked me when I could drive back! Answer:Never!
