Contacted dealer about buying the car made the dealer aware that I was not from Richmond and that i was interested in buying the car not financing it .Asked if it was possible that it could be held til Monday my day off so that I could come and pick it up. I was then given a appointment time at 3 & was told it would be held only to find out i received an email from CarGurus that the vehicle was sold wow immediately I looked up the stock number and called the store at that time the car had been sold smh what a absolute disappointment‼️ I even had money to hold the car if needed but was never told I needed to do so Tatiana said I can asur u we can hold it for a couple of days no need I'll text you the address and appointment time and did poor customer service and still haven't made a call yet to apologize but your a salesman at a dealership is totally unbelievable too me . Ima ture beliver everything happens for a reason so overall I'm not mad but you'll are disappoint‼️

I work over 2 hours away so I scheduled the test drive in advance. The dealer called to confirm the same day. The dealer called again the day of the appointment to confirm. While on the way, I called to clarify which building because multiple dealers are located in a tight space. When I arrived, he greeted me then promptly handed me off to another gentleman for assistance. This gentleman left to retrieve the keys. When he returned, he handed me a breakdown of the vehicle cost with additional services included then stated he would give me the bad news now. This is when he informed me that the car wasn't available because they sent it to be painted. When I asked why he failed to inform me yet still presented me with Financials, he said because I might want to purchase anyway. I escalated to the manager. He was the person who confirmed & met me at the door. I escalated to his direct, who offered me $500 if I signed that day anyway sight unseen. Untrustworthy & Unprofessional.

They worked with me to ensure I had an approval, I honestly didn’t expect anything bc of my poor credit score, they surprised me being a major dealership and willing to work with me. Excellent customer service and I walked away with an almost brand new car with little mileage.

The Staff was very nice. They were firm on there price, not to negotionable. However the Cobra I saw was immaculate, so in honesty I see why.

I have not checked them out yet, but chatting with them online and a text message they seemed like a good place to go to

I wanted to test drive this car, but the dealership was non-stop contacting me - six different agents, none of them communicating with each other, pushy and poorly written emails. I was so willing to test drive this cutie of a car, but I was turned off from the dealership before I even got there. 20+ emails in a few days was obnoxious, in a word.

Ridiculously high doc and other fees. Uses low vehicle price to get you in the door. $1499 doc fee on this car $499 in other fees. Waste of time.
