Excellent staff and communication, made the process for simple and fast as we flew in from Norcal to buy the car. Great service, even picked me up from the airport and got me on the road in less than an hour.

Very bad communication in the dealership. Had a price negotiated and appointment set up for the next day. Showed up and person wasn’t there he was out sick. No notes about the sale in the computer, nothing in regards to me or the deal and nobody knew anything about it. Had to restart everything and tell the negotiation story about three times. Wasn’t able to get the promised financed APR but luckily my bank would so had to run around and get that then come back. The wash on the truck was mediocre, trash was left in the console from removing it, then looked and the paint had a bunch of yellowish speckles all over but good thing they promised a complete detail with a buff and wax we’ll see. Then the next day the guy that set up the deal came back in and texted me asking when I would like to come in and make the deal happen. Like good job guess there’s no communication in the dealership at all and he was a manager. 5 hours later and some running around made the deal happen. Terrible!

Wouldnt come down off sticker price not $1! Asked me what i wanted and why, and then tried to convince me i didn't need that and sell me something else. Like a true shady salesman. Borderline offensive, acting like i cant afford it. Sending me pictures of other people looking at the car to get me to hurry & agree to their astronomical rates. Talked smack on other Nissan dealerships when i said they were offering an incentive credit. Then increased the price of the car and basically dismissed me. Dealerships & salesman like this are exactly why places like carvana and carmax were created. Dealt with Tony

Great experience for buying a car

Bought a 2023 Dodge Charger R/T and overall had a good experience. The staff was helpful, professional, and the vehicle was accurately represented. Communication throughout the process was solid and they answered my questions. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the pricing could have been more transparent upfront and the process took longer than expected. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase and would consider doing business with them again.

I asked them to answer a few questions as I am in northern Nevada of which the did not want to do. You raised the price on the car overall not a good experience plus this is the secondary review I have completed with no response
