The price that was disclosed on the site (which we could afford) was one thing but, the additional fees the dealership wanted was another. We already figured in for tax, title and tags. Yet the amount of the additional fees was ridiculous. Nearly an additional 8 grand more. The salesman was good and tried his best. Yet, we could not get over the additional fees of the price. NOT TRUE DISCLOSURE!! Felt the price was a way to sucker you in!

While the staff was generally polite, the experience was disappointing. The online salesperson was not truthful about the vehicle’s status, the car wasn’t even on-site when I was first encouraged to make an appointment. Thankfully, another associate clarified and saved me a wasted trip. When I visited, the assigned salesperson lacked product knowledge and pushed for a quick sale before any proper due diligence or completed safety inspection. I understand older vehicles come with wear, but my concerns felt dismissed. I made two trips to the dealership, and simple requests like a safety inspection report were promised but never provided. A third-party PPI revealed that diagnostic codes couldn’t even be read, a HUGE red flag. Overall, the situation felt questionable. The vehicle may have been drivable, but transparency about its condition was lacking. While this wasn’t the right car for me, the experience itself was disappointing. Stay vigilant and always get a PPI before purchasing.

Staff was very professional and helpful. Vehicle was is excellent condition at a great price. My only complaint was the time I spent at the dealership but it wasn’t overwhelming. Drove home in my new vehicle that night.

When I got to the dealership, first thing I asked was the price of the car out the door, I was told that if I don't test drive the car can't give me numbers. So I drove the car in a empty parking lot they have, to be a used car it drove nice and smooth. Went inside I asked for numbers, and the manager along with the sales representative asked me what was my budget. I told them they looked surprised. Manager came back with fees that I've had never heard before. $2,995 Loan origination fee. $1,995 Destination fee. $899 Doc Fee. $1373.34 taxes (understandable) $286 registration. $60 Tittle fee. After looking at those fees I got up and left. Manager did say maybe we can split tge fees??? No deal was made. I did call the dealer before heading over to ask about their fees obviously they lied.
