I recently found a low mileage 21 Chrysler Pacifica on their website with a great price hoping it was a wheelchair accessible van (the listing had no pictures of it yet) I inquired about it through email because being a C4-5 quadriplegic it’s hard to hold onto a cell phone. Frank responded to my email promptly, saying he would find out the information I needed. After a few emails back and forth. It turns out it was a wheelchair accessible van but it already had been spoken for by someone else, Frank was willing to help me find another wheelchair van but I declined his offer only because the wheelchair van that was on there website fit into my budget perfectly. Like I said, I only dealt with Frank through email, but I have no doubt if I showed up in person he would have treated me the same way. I appreciate Franks patience with me and definitely would do business with him in the future if the situation presents itself again.

I contacted the vendor through CarGrus and heard nothing. I searched online and found a phone number and contacted that way. Salesman asked me to send pictures of my vehicle for a trade in amount. Never heard back. The next day made calls but no one called me back. The following day I got a text but not much information. I really liked the vehicle that they had but decided to move on. When a dealer starts sloppy it seldom gets any better. I bought a vehicle from another dealer later that week.

The car I wanted was so called sold before I made it they said! Sold me a 2019 Chevy equinox that should have been lower due to the scratches ping in the windshield they were not firth coming about 23 percent rate so no I'm not happy with them .. the man who sold me the car jack was nice but when asked if he would take money off for the scratches he said no !! Never not once did they mention my interest rate was 23 percent. I didn't find out till the next day .. let me update on your review turbo motors no the scratches can't be buffed out !! No y'all didn't set down and go over the rates . When do I need to refinance on e my score is higher than almost 700 cause I'm pretty sure 682 is good!! Now let's get to it !! Your turn over eare may be high but getting to know the ppl you are selling to is important letting them know and allowing them to make an informed decision would have been great. And Im very aware that my equinox is 7 years old.
