Sent in an inquiry off on CarGurus on a Sunday about a Mazda5 they had listed for $7,500 with a down payment, Their GM got me approved for financing for what I thought was that car. I show up to test drive & it’s a different one they had listed with more miles & higher price than the one I inquired about. It wasn’t even mechanically sound to drive with brakes down to the metal (you could hear it while driving grinding on the rotors along with a shake in the steering wheel). When asking why this car was posted for $7,500 and now $2,500 more the next day on their website and that I want them to honor that price and listing. I was told that car was not even on the lot and available. They then tried to talk me into putting my original deposit down on a car they got me approved for that I did not want. I said I was not comfortable putting my whole deposit down, he said $500, they fix it. When I asked if I could get my $500 back after I test drove if I did they said no. STAY AWAY!

When I went to buy the car, the girl did the paperwork and come out and it was 20 something thousand and I said it said 16 992 including dealer fees and I was told sometimes they don’t include all dealer fees so then she went back and came back out with the cash price and I got billed for a $400 option on the car that I didn’t want and she said they can’t take it out it’s hardwired so obviously the person who traded in the car paid for the option and now I’m paying for the option and then I was told she’d have it all fueled up and ready to go. I get there and it’s less than half a tank of gas. I guess to them that’s all fueled up then when I picked up the car, I was told they didn’t have the title yet. I was like oh my God I did get it quick though.

Greatest staff from Salesman to General Manager. This is by FAR, the best dealership I have ever bought a car from. I’ve never felt so “Not Pressured” to buy. Sleezy sales tactics Test drove, liked car, had it inspected. Mechanic tells me brakes aren’t needed immediately but only about 20% left. Since the car was otherwise good, decided to make an offer. After useless haggling about the brakes I got them down to $700 off asking . Was financing about 13k (i thought). I accept $700 off offer, tell them to only use 3 lenders (I have a high credit score ). They send it to a local bank, I assume one who pays them well, and never tell me the results or disclose a rate. Rob states he isn’t privy to rayes, but mentions in person this was the cheapest. They rush me through the process, and I get a text stating he’s on the way to deliver my new car. Oh... Gets here, and not only is there no $700 discount but they added more fees than originally mentioned and an insane interest rate on a 3 years note. Until he showed up in my driveway, I had zero info on the purchase. Let that sink in.
