The sales staff and sales manager were very professional. They worked really hard to make a deal. At the end, I did not purchase a vehicle, but they remained very polite and professional. As I continue to look for a new car, I will continue to search the Auto Savvy website.

Great place to buy a car..

salesperson called and messaged me after I indicated my interest I asked for pictures of the inside of the bed. I was told that the photos and link to credit app would be sent soon I waited 24 hours and messaged to see what had happened. they were sent at that time I completed the AP and did not hear back. I messaged again, was told trade in was not sufficient, but no attempt to help with a solution. the salesman was sarcastic and not interested in selling me a vehicle. I was approved to finance this truck through my own lender, but after the help I got earlier, am not sure I like the idea of purchasing from this dealership. I will wait to see if they even contact me again like they said they would

Not interested in my wanting to purchase a car or inquire on one was rushed and the vehicle was suddenly not available but still on the website

The salesman gave me information on a car similar to the one I inquired about, but the wrong one. They let me test drive an unsafe, damaged vehicle. They pressured me to fill out financing paperwork before it was necessary. They didn't meet the follow-up appointment I made to view the car again. They devalued my trade-in by nearly $1000. They posted my potential trade vehicle on their website without my permission before any discussion of acceptance took place. They wouldn't allow me to drive the car I was interested in a 2nd time. They put the car "in the shop" and expected me to follow through with the purchase after 1 viewing. And, after the sale dissolved, they canceled my satellite radio in my potential trade, 2 days later, maliciously. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

The salesman that reached out was very helpful and willing to go above and beyond to try and meet all my needs and answer all my questions.
