He then said he would follow up the next day with updates which he never did. Communication and overall experience was a 0/10.

If I could rate this 100 I would! Hands down the best dealership I have ever purchased a vehicle from! I was just browsing online and they dealership called me and was very helpful, upfront and HONEST. I lived 4 hours away and they assured me if I made that trip that I would drive away in the vehicle I wanted, and I done just that. The process was the fastest I’ve ever experienced with no issues.
