I emailed to ask for the price of a car they had listed without a price. I received an email telling me to call them but not telling me the price. I did not call them because they did not answer my question.

The buying process seemed okay at first, but after purchasing the vehicle, I quickly found out there were several issues that should’ve been disclosed upfront. Almost immediately, I had to take the car to my own mechanic and put nearly another $1,000 into repairs for brakes, rotors, suspension related work, and general maintenance just to make sure the vehicle was safe to drive. On top of that, the battery ended up being bad and had to be replaced as well, which was another unexpected expense right after already spending thousands on the car itself. I understand used vehicles, especially older ones, can need maintenance, and I wasn’t expecting perfection. But there’s a big difference between normal wear and having multiple immediate issues that affect safety and reliability right after purchase. I just wish there had been more honesty and transparency about the actual condition of the vehicle before the sale. If you’re considering buying here, bring your own mechanic please.
