I scheduled an appointment I believe on a Wednesday, and got numerous phone calls both Wednesday and Thursday to confirm my appointment and schedule a time, which I had already done. I figured based on the amount of phone calls I received during the week, when I showed up to the dealership they would have someone waiting and ready to assist me. I was wrong. I could have walked in without an appointment because it did not matter that I had one and they barely confirmed who I was or why I was there. After waiting several minutes, the guy behind the desk finally found someone to assist me. She didn’t know why I was there or what I wanted to look at so I had to pull up the vehicle to show her. Once I was done test driving the vehicle, she did nothing to try and get me to buy the car. Zero money off and nothing extra thrown in because it is a “used car.” Might as well tell someone that over the phone so they don’t waste their time coming in.

Made an appointment to see the car. Drove 30 minutes in traffic to get there, called them to reconfirm I was coming to see the car while I was driving. Once there I was told the car had just been sold. Not fond of these kind of games.

dealer could not answer issue of transmission oil leak. So no deal. Dealer did a pre sale inspection at their Aston martin service center and their report listed a leak at the transmission area . I asked if it had been fixed and was later told no leak. I did not accept their answer as truthful, so no deal.

mostly a good experience. We were miles apart on a potential trade in. The only issue is that the dealer kept contacting me daily, and sometimes multiple times. I asked them to stop contacting me and it took a coupe of days before the calls have stopped
