Bitter purchase. Don't get me wrong I love my new car. But they didnt give us a good trade value for my Acura. Only offered 25k when we have an estimate for 30k. We didnt expect the 30k but atleast 28. We drove 10 hours to this dealership because we were told it would be worth our while. For them to turn around and list my Acura RDX for 31,998k felt like a slap. Yes I understand they need to make money. The only reason we ended up buying my Toyota was because that deal was a good one on its own.so yes Bitter purchase is my experience because I shouldn't feel like I should've walked away. Pete was the one who helped and was nice and attentive but didnt really seem to want to make our purchase worthwhile to me. We spent so much just to go to denver for a "worthwule good deal". Next time ill be sure to look for a car within a smaller travel range. Not easy with 3 kids. Also, they could really use a corner for kids. Not just give them snacks and drinks. Atleast have kid shows on TV.
