My husband and I have purchased about 8 cars in the passed 20 years for our family. This was one of the best vehicle purchasing experiences we have ever had. We live 2.5 hours away from Walnut Creek Ford and it was truly worth the drive. The salesman Omar was absolutely amazing! By the end of the sale it was like being with one of our own kids. Omar was truly genuine. He was very personable, friendly, direct, no hassle, there were no hidden fees. Everything was direct, up front and only what was required. He really wants to get the best deal for everyone. Meeting the others at the dealership, they were the same way. It is a smaller family owned dealership. It was the best, most friendly family like dealership environment that we had ever experienced. For that reason, the next time we buy a vehicle they will be the first ones we go to and hopefully the only ones. Our whole family may have to switch to driving Ford vehicles. We truly recommend going to Walnut Creek Ford.

Good Did not go to dealership

The dealer ship and staff were great. Mike was very helpful and communicative. However, I was told the vehicle had some wear and tear on it being a used vehicle and all, but the condition was much worse in person and they would not go down on the price. I asked about the condition before hand and they down played the damage on the vehicle and it was covered in dog hair and had multiple stains inside that could have been removed with a minor detail. Ended up wasting a 3 hour drive.

The owner was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He offered his assistance in working with my credit union. The transaction was very smooth. The sensor light was on, Sid offered to have the mechanic repair it which I thought they did, however, the light is back on. Also, my one displeasure was that I was not able to take the vehicle to my mechanic for a look over prior to purchasing. The vehicle was in Walnut Creek. My mechanic is in Oakland. I was offered to pay $150 upfront to take the vehicle to my mechanic. If my mechanic thought that the vehicle was not a good purchase, then I would have had to pay a $350. stocking fee, which would have totaled $500. just to have my mechanic look it over. Thank goodness my mechanic stated that the vehicle was in good condition considering being 12 years. Had I known beforehand that I would not be able to drive the vehicle to my mechanic, I would not have driven there to view it.

He was one of the nicest sell person that I have ever met, I test drive the vehicle it drive real smooth every thing went well I decided to buy it. Thank you and have a beautiful day. 🙂
