It was great working with the staff at Spence.

Called and spoke someone about the car. He said he wasn’t at the dealership and he would call back. Haven’t heard back yet. I applied on their website for financing, and have not heard back. I don’t understand why. I also informed them that I was preapproved through CarGurus.

Everyone at the dealership was amazing, would definitely recommend Thomasville Toyota!!!! Summer my sales girl was wonderful, she went above and beyond exptations, it was a smooth and pleasant buying experience!

I emailed them asking what their out the door price was, dealers fees, tax, title etc. Of course they wouldn't give it to me. They told me they first had to know if i had a trade-in. I told them that I didn't know but I just wanted to know what their out the door price was. I told them I did not want to haggle, and I did not want to talk on the phone. But they kept calling anyway. We emailed several times and I was told that they would get it together for me and get back with me. But they lied. Anytime a dealership cannot give you a straightforward answer about what their out the door price is, you need to run. That's the reason why most people cannot stand car salesmen and the stress of the games they play to cheat you out of as much money as they can.

Received an automated response . Internet customer service agent said they were not authorized to give price but would have someone call me. Never got call. Then got a message that I needed to call and did however was on hold for greater than 10 minnutes. So I moved on.
