The moment I went inside your dealer, I felt like I was a ghost. I had to ask for help to more than three different people. I don't even know who was the sales person. Wanted to test drive the Toyota Camry 2014, was never offered the opportunity to test drive it. After waiting more than 15 minutes, I was still not offered to see other vehicles. No professional help with regards to communication and no customer experience to assist me in buying a vehicle. Very poor customer service. Will never visit nor recommend anyone to this CarVision Dealer at Trooper, PA. No Car Vision at all. You need to change the name of your dealership.

Went to test drive and had to wait for them to unpack salt from the car. No issue until we get in the care with a sales man who claimed he knew nothing about the car until the car stalled 2 minutes into the drive. He then admitted they knew that was an issues but he assumed they fixed it…I just left.

Me and my wife drove 108 miles to buy her 2025 Palisade Calligraphy Night Edition from Hertrich. We feel that everyone there is laid back and not pushy. We did 90% over text and email. The process was very easy. All of the paperwork was ready to go when we arrived. They had great communication and they responded very quickly. We would drive there again and buy. We do not have any complaints.

I was disappointed with my experience at this dealership due to poor communication and unclear pricing. Multiple times I was told someone would call me back “within 30 minutes,” but responses actually took at least two days, if they came at all. Additionally, the price advertised on CarGurus was misleading. It included over $3,000 in promotional discounts that most buyers would not realistically qualify for. These promotions were only disclosed in fine print on the dealer’s website and were not clearly shown on CarGurus, which made the deal appear far better than it actually was. Overall, the lack of timely follow-up and transparent pricing made this a frustrating experience.
