Made contact and got immediate help service. Dealership in answer to my questions took and text pictures in answer to my questions. from there response I was ready to take further actions toward purchase. However unforeseen family problems brought further actions to an immediate termination. This was much to my regret. Do to their approach I would have no problem returning to them if the situation presented itself.

I can't express the way I feel about this dealership and so little words, but what I will say is the people that work there are all liars. The sales team is very unprofessional and hard to deal with. They will list their vehicles on their website and other websites for the same price, but when you go through the motion of trying to make a purschase they change the price and tell you that the price listed was only for the people that came to the dealership while misleading the online shoppers. My question to them was if the price listed was only for the people that came to the dealership why was it listed for online shoppers to see. They changed the price on the vehicle I tried to buy three times telling one lie after another about the price. The first price listed was the price I expected to make the purchase for but the salesman told me that I will never be able to buy the vehicle for that price after going through the motions of sending a prequalifying application in a timely fashion

We kept getting different people who kept passing our call around, putting us on hold for long periods of time. When we finally did get the vehicle, it was not the vehicle they had online, it has scratches and scuff lines around the whole vehicle, it turned out be a work truck with rust underneath the whole vehicle as well as chipped paint. We have not had it a month yet and don’t have any paperwork. Looks like someone took tow hooks off of it. It came to us in very bad condition. What can we do about it since we got it online?

I was disappointed that the price on CarGurus was over $10,000 off of sticker, but then the dealer adds $4,995 back in as a “Market Adjustment.” I understand there will be document fees and prep costs, but taking $10k off only to add $5k back in seems disingenuous. Because of this, I did not purchase the car.
