5/20/23 - call Don and we agreed, I put a refundable deposit on a car (2006 Subaru Baja) to hold it for me to come check it out before I buy it. He said it would be $500 but charge me $520. 5/24/23 - I went to looked at the car and it was leaking oil and rusty so I decided not to purchase. I did not test drive it because I know I was not going to buy it. I told Don I was not going to purchase the car since there is oil leaking and had a lot of rust underneath the car. Don still pressured me into buying the car and assure me the car is fine even with the oil leak and rust. Call, text and email with no response. Don is ignoring me and took my refundable deposit of $520. The car was not in the condition he advertised and said over the phone. Don told me via text and phone that the car had no rust and mechanical issues. I found rust everywhere underneath the car and oil leaking pretty bad from the oil pan and both head gaskets.
