I reached out to this dealership for pictures of a vehicle because there weren't any included in the listing, and the dealership is located an hour from my home. I was advised that once the car was cleaned up I'd receive them. Several days went by and I followed up again to ask about a timeframe. Radio silence after that.

This was the best car dealership experience that we've ever had. Everyone was friendly, helpful and there was absolutely no pressure to make a purchase. When we went back to pick up the vehicle, we were thrilled with the job they did detailing it. We will go back there for any future purchases.

I cannot overstate my satisfaction with Worley Motors. The whole process was as pleasant as purchasing an automobile can be, The car was in the condition that they described. They allowed me to drive it under the conditions that I wanted to test, even giving me directions to get to the nearby expressway. When I returned, there was no pressure. I asked them to negotiate the price downward and , although they did not meet my requested price, did settle near the middle without any nonsense. This was a family-run operation, and I would happily send a member of my family there without reservation.

Horrible sales service. I pretty much was begging to buy this truck and there sales team did everything possible to make that not happen. We came to an agreement on a couple items on the truck and they basically ghosted me.

Had a check engine light come on. Called after hours on Sat. Called again Monday. I was glad younger them say I didnt have Monday on the 50/50 warranty. THEY STOOD BY THEIR PRODUCT AND SAID BRING IT BACK. GREAT SERVICE.
