The car was not good and they act like scammers the car was not even good to drive I couldn’t even start the car they said it got transmission damage smh that was a bad experience . Never seen something like that before

Worked with CarlosV at the dealership. He was very responsive with texts and calls; very helpful once I arrived and asked about used cars in addition to the one I originally contacted them about. We looked at each, test drove my first choice which I ended up purchasing. Very smooth and efficient process with no monkey-business. The financial side (I financed through the dealership) was painless and they were able to beat the financing from my bank. No hard-sell on anything.

overall experience was OK, not great. Communication was goo, they got back to me very quickly. The vehicle was still available when I booked appointment for test drive. The pricing was confusing. It was listed at one price, while talking with the dealer, he mentioned that the price had just dropped by $1,000. but he did'n apply the new lower price. The financing process ws very confusing and a bit questionable. The actual physical building of pre-owned cars was dirty, parking lot was very crowed and concerns of backing out hitting other cars on the way in or out of parking lot.

The dealer let me leave the lot with said their bank in New York received a transfer for 453,000 dollars and I got a new car to insure and drive around safely

contacted this dealership SIX times. and still no response! their loss, i found an even better volvo at an even better price from a dealership that responded to me within minutes of my first and only inquiry. as they say, if you snooze you loose...
