I recently found the car I wanted, but a salesperson falsely claimed it was sold. A week later, I called back and was told it was available. Another salesperson contacted me, pushing incentives yet refusing to send an application, insisting I visit in person—despite the car being three hours away. Meanwhile, the vehicle still sits on their lot. The lack of honesty and integrity in these sales tactics is frustrating. Customers deserve transparency, not deception.

The car description was accurate. However, the pricing was ridiculous. The dealer added on mandatory $2700 in dealer prep fees (window tint, etc.) making the real price much higher.

I only got computer generated email once showing interest. I emailed asked specific questions and did not receive responses other than a computer trying to talk to me

Plaza Lincoln is fabulous. They were very transparent, polite and easily gained our trust. They went out of their way to deliver a brand new loaner car to us while our newly purchased used car underwent promised cosmetic repairs. I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a car.
