Frustrating experience overall. I drove 160 miles and took a full day off work to look at a 2017 Shelby GT350. Right away I noticed the turn signals weren’t working properly and told them I’d buy the car if fixed. Instead, I got a week of different explanations (“setting,” “OBD,” “software,” “normal”) and was told multiple times it was working correctly. Only after pushing did they finally replace them. They advertise a 139-point inspection, which doesn’t inspire confidence given this was missed and misdiagnosed. Daryl was helpful, but once management got involved the tone changed. Paperwork came back incorrect, and I was labeled “inconsistent” for asking about a slightly lower down payment. Delivery and remote signing were also pulled. Overall it didn’t feel professional and my time wasn’t respected. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere, and if you value transparency and straightforward communication, I’d suggest doing the same.
