My hubby and I worked with James there at Kendall Ford. The dealership was quick to respond to our inquiries. We set up a time to come in and look at the Nissan Altima originally. We decided it wasn’t a good fit and we ended up walking out there with a brand new 2025 Ford Bronco Big Bend instead. Every step of the way, James was on top of it. He made the process so easy and he was a pleasure to work with. He had everything prepared for us when we got there, papers ready to be signed, car nice and clean with a full tank. Charles was the finance guy and he was amazing, straight to the point and he didn’t beat around the bush. I canceled when asked about money upfront (down payment) or a trade in before a test drive. If a person is just looking and testing. Money should not be in a picture. Sales person lost the entire concept of it as soon as financial questions came up before putting eyes to the vehicle.
