Overall, the dealership was fine. The vehicle was priced with a $1600 ceramic paint sealant upsell add-on that forces everyone to pay. Salesperson claims ALL of their cars have it. I call b.s. because its an unnecessary junk option/fee. Anyone can get this from a pro for $250. Why pay that on a used 6 YR old car. Even if negotiated out, you still haven't negotiated the actual price of the vehicle. I bought one at another dealership that had about 25k miles less on the odometer, larger rims than the 19 inch baseline in this vehicle, and priced almost the same without the unecessary upsell. I've been buying and selling my cars just short of 40 years and my advice is to use caution with unnecessary options. With that kind of money, you can use it for gap which runs about $1200 and covers the entire cost of the vehicle and not capped at $10k like some free gap offers; it may or may not be enough. Still a great dealership, just be aware of customer buying and selling knowledge.
