They sold me a used car and agreed to fix some issues with the car before delivering it. When I returned to pick up the car, they had not fixed everything that was agreed upon. They refused to fix the remaining problems with the car and informed me that they would rather cancel the sale if I didn't agree to take delivery that day. Needless to say, I wasn't going to take the car home if the agreed upon repairs hadn't been made. I wasted 2 days of my time with this unprofessional dealership . Don't make the same mistake I did. Take your business somewhere where they appreciate it.

The dealer was quick to respond to my initial inquiry. The care was clean and parked just outside of my sales person's desk so I could feast my eyes during the whole transaction. The dealer staff were extraordinary in terms of customer service. extremely helpful and courteous in taking care of me and my partner. I would definitely recommend this dealer to my friends and really anyone who might be shopping for a specific auto, definitely worth the 2.5 hour drive to the showroom.

Haven’t had my Tahoe for a full week. As the rear media screens are not working properly and is currently at service center. This not a service department review, I bought the vehicle and had issues with the rear media service therefore I had to take it to service department. I am sharing my overall experience. The Tahoe wasn’t ready for sale they need to fix the screen before selling. Which they didn’t even care to check.
