Dream car acquired. It was an amazing experience! Everyone was so helpful! Ash picked me up from the Airport and got me in and on the road in my new car. Iman was great working the deal over the phone and answering all my questions, was super responsive everytime I called. I initiated the vehicle acquisition process via text and phone communication. Following successful price negotiations, the salesperson confirmed acceptance. As I proceeded with the necessary paperwork to finalize the transaction, I unexpectedly received a text message stating that the vehicle had just been sold. Sales person words; So sorry the car sold.

DON’T buy used here. New or CPO may be different, but I should have read the other reviews before I went in there. They are looking to move used stock without disclosing known safety issues (there is no way they didn’t know a giant neon green screen would pop up when you put the car in reverse). They kept pulling my credit after I had rescinded my permission for them to do so, in writing. They kept shopping around for other lenders after I explicitly told them I would not finance with anyone else and would prefer to unwind the deal. Without notifying me, and while telling me that they were working with my credit union, they funded the loan through a different bank. They lied and stalled to get their money by whatever means. There are hundreds of other actually ethical dealers; save yourself and stay away!

Had a good experience and that wasn’t something I expected to happen . The salesperson was transparent and honest I believe . We negotiated a bit and I felt I good a fair deal . The process was amazing , it took only about 3 hours from start to finish . I believe Mercedes Benz has a good product and there was no pressure to sale the van , unlike my experience at a competitor , Ford . 5 stars for me .
