Poor overall experience. While the cars value is subjective, i was told by text that reasonable offers would be considered. In person, there was absolutely zero consideration. I was told by text that there were no add-ons or fees. In person, they started with thousands in add ons. The salesperson who was communicating with me, and who scheduled an appointment with me, was not even present for the appointment and now i see why. The vehicle has severe sun damage, fading and damage to the roof plastic. It was very typically the kind of experience that give “car salesmen” their reputation and unfortunately i had to drive several hours to experience this.

overall, the experience was good. Everyone was helpful and responded on a timely manner. We were not able to come together on a price for the car, so no purchase was made. I would work with them again if a car came up that met our specifications.

Excellent salespeople, very kind and helpful. They did their best to help me out, and I ended up leaving with my new car incredibly happy!

They sold me a used car and agreed to fix some issues with the car before delivering it. When I returned to pick up the car, they had not fixed everything that was agreed upon. They refused to fix the remaining problems with the car and informed me that they would rather cancel the sale if I didn't agree to take delivery that day. Needless to say, I wasn't going to take the car home if the agreed upon repairs hadn't been made. I wasted 2 days of my time with this unprofessional dealership . Don't make the same mistake I did. Take your business somewhere where they appreciate it.

The staff at Mercedes-Benz of Beverly Hills was nothing but professionals, accurate, friendly, and very helpful. The finance department really outdid it, and surprise me at the end of the day where I walked away with a smile I would recommend Mercedes-Benz of Beverly Hills to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle. Considering the wrap that dealerships get Mercedes-Benz Beverly Hills had me in and out in two hours. And that was only because we were waiting for my newly purchased vehicle to charge.
