He quickly responded to my numerous inquiries for additional photos, questions about the vehicle, etc. While i ultimatley went another direction (New car) it came down to a coin toss and I would have been happy to purchase from House of Imports and Danny

I initiated the vehicle acquisition process via text and phone communication. Following successful price negotiations, the salesperson confirmed acceptance. As I proceeded with the necessary paperwork to finalize the transaction, I unexpectedly received a text message stating that the vehicle had just been sold. Sales person words; So sorry the car sold.

They sold me a used car and agreed to fix some issues with the car before delivering it. When I returned to pick up the car, they had not fixed everything that was agreed upon. They refused to fix the remaining problems with the car and informed me that they would rather cancel the sale if I didn't agree to take delivery that day. Needless to say, I wasn't going to take the car home if the agreed upon repairs hadn't been made. I wasted 2 days of my time with this unprofessional dealership . Don't make the same mistake I did. Take your business somewhere where they appreciate it.
