I want to shout out Mark, Kevin, and Jimmy. These three gentlemen made my experience phenomenal. This was the first time I have purchased a car, and they ensured it went smoothly. Mark had excellent communication skills, consistently kept me in the loop, and was also assisting in my best interest. I sent a message through CarGurus and received two generic responses which I replied to and received no response. I called the dealership and asked if the car was available and if the price listed on CarGurus was accurate. I was told yes to both questions. The next day I visited the dealership and test drove the car. I wanted to pay cash for the car with no trade-in and I declined their extended warranty offer. They gave me a price that was several thousand dollars more than the price I confirmed with them the day before and had been listed on CarGurus. I was told if I wanted that lower price I would have had to come in the day I called. This was a complete waste of my time. For the next week I continued to receive generic emails from this dealership asking me to come take a look at the car as if I hadn't already seen the car.
