Positives: The dealer was very responsive via email and calls. When I asked about when the car would be available for me to stop by and take a look at, they were very flexible and accommodating. I visited on a Saturday, mid-morning around 11, and they were not very busy, although the only employee there was finishing up with another customer. When he finished with the other customer, he was quick to bring the car out to the front and take it for a test drive. Negatives: The employee on-site the day that I visited did not seem to be interested in actually selling the car because he gave little information on the car and did not ask me really anything about what I was looking for.

Was fully prepared to purchase this vehicle and have it shipped as I did not want to drive and pick it up. All I wanted was more pictures than the one they had. The salesman said he would get them to me. He never did. I then called the dealership and tried to talk to the sales manager, who had responded to car gurus through the app that it was a true six speed which one I was looking for. The manager called back but did not leave a message and when I tried calling back again, I could not get a hold of him. That’s as much effort as I’m going to put into it. This would’ve been a very easy sale. Instead, I found a different car purchased it within a day and I’m having it shipped to me.

The overall experience was honestly really great up until I received an email apologizing for the gentleman I had been speaking to admitting he didn't want to respond because someone an employee I believe bought the vehicle I was looking at which is totally fine just came off a little unprofessional to be told I didn't want to respond because I knew it was getting bought
